Questions

Answers before you decide.

What is the difference between Advanced and Complete?

Both are venous blood panels. Complete adds a fuller thyroid, hormone and cardiovascular picture. The comparison in the Membership section lists every marker on each, for the woman and man variants.

What does clinician review include?

Your results are reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor. You get a plain-language summary, with comments on every result outside the range and suggested next steps, which you can return to and take to your GP.

What does the annual subscription include?

Exactly one Advanced and one Complete panel in each subscription year, plus your results history and explanations in the app.

How much does it cost?

The annual subscription is £549 a year and includes one Advanced and one Complete panel. On their own, Advanced is £199 and Complete is £399. Sample collection is included in every price.

How is the blood collected?

A venous sample taken from the arm, at home or in a clinic, after an 8 to 12 hour fast. Water is fine.

How should I prepare?

Fast for 8 to 12 hours before the sample and drink water as normal.

When and how do I get results?

Results appear in your account once the laboratory has reported them: usually within 1 day of your sample reaching the laboratory for Advanced, and within 4 days for Complete.

What happens if a result is outside the range?

Every result is shown against the laboratory’s own range with a plain explanation of what the test measures, and a clinician reviews your results with a written summary of anything outside the range. A result outside the range is one piece of information, not a diagnosis. Values at a laboratory critical limit are escalated the same day to a clinician, who contacts you.

Can I cancel or renew?

You'll see the full renewal, cancellation and refund terms before you buy.

Can I upload results I already have?

Yes. Upload a PDF, a photo of the printout, or a file from your provider and it is shown the same way, against that laboratory’s own range.

About
