These terms govern your use of Human Pattern. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Human Pattern, operated by Sentium Ltd (company no. 16512683, London E17 3NU), offers blood tests analysed by our laboratory partner. We show your results as the laboratory reported them, with questions you may want to ask your GP and general ways to support your health. You can also upload results from another provider.
Not medical advice
Human Pattern provides information, not a diagnosis. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician, and never disregard medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 999.
Your account
You must be 16 or older and give accurate information, including the age and sex that decide your test panel. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Use Human Pattern lawfully and only for your own health. Don't misuse, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the service.
Tests, the annual plan and payment
Tests and the annual plan are paid through Stripe. The price you pay is shown before you pay, and sample collection is included. The annual plan includes one Advanced and one Complete test in each plan year and is billed yearly. You can manage the plan and your payment card from your account. The full renewal, refund and cancellation terms will be set out here, and you will see them before you buy.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information provided. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
